Policies
Terms and conditions
Zaio Institute of Technology's terms and conditions cover who can enrol (18 or over, or with parental consent), how tuition is paid on each payment plan, missed payments, refunds and cancellations (in the separate refund policy), use of course materials, the code of conduct, career support without any job guarantee, privacy under POPIA, liability and changes.
The short version
In plain English
These are the terms you agree to when you enrol with Zaio Institute of Technology. They say who can enrol, how and when you pay, what you can and cannot do with the course material, how you are expected to treat instructors and classmates, what career support Zaio offers and does not promise, how your personal information is handled, and how disputes and changes are dealt with. The refund and cancellation policy is a separate document and forms part of these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.
