Refund and cancellation policy
Zaio Institute of Technology's refund and cancellation policy, effective 20 August 2026, sets out what is refundable on each payment plan and by when, the cancellation fee, what happens if Zaio cancels a cohort, and how to request a refund.

What you can get back depends on your payment plan and on when you cancel. Cancel in writing before your programme starts and you are refunded in full. After it starts, what is refundable falls away quickly. If Zaio cancels your cohort, you choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next one. Cancellations go in writing to accounts@zaio.io.

Can I get a refund from Zaio?
Yes, depending on your plan and timing: a full refund before the start on any plan (before orientation on 12-, 18-, 24-month and financed plans); 75% of the invoiced amount within 30 days of the start on upfront, two-month and three-month plans; nothing after that.
What is Zaio's cancellation policy?
Cancel in writing to accounts@zaio.io. Refund entitlement follows the table above; a 10% cancellation fee applies on non-upfront plans for cohorts from 3 August 2026, and never to Manati-financed students.
What if I paid through Manati?
A full refund before orientation and none after. Your repayment agreement is with Manati; Zaio never charges a Manati student a cancellation fee.
What happens if Zaio cancels my cohort?
You choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next intake or another programme.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are paid within 30 days of approval.
Does the policy apply to Occupational Certificates?
Yes. The refund and cancellation policy covers every bootcamp and Occupational Certificate on every payment plan. The EISA exam fee is not refundable.
