For business

Zaio trains your people for digital roles.

Accredited, remote and built around the work. We have taught over 100,000 people, and the same programmes are bought by companies who need a team to be able to do something it cannot do yet.

How it is run

Four things that decide whether it works

Training a company pays for and nobody finishes is the expensive failure. Each of these is here to stop one particular way that happens.

  1. 01

    Scoped from the work

We start from what your people have to be able to do and what you are reporting on, then choose the qualification backwards from there.

Instead of selling you a course that already existed and calling it tailored.

  2. 02

    Built around the day job

Live classes on a fixed timetable, recorded, with mentors and an AI tutor between sessions.

Instead of asking people to choose between the training and the work it is meant to improve.

  3. 03

    Assessed on real projects

Learners are assessed on work they build, in your domain where that helps, which is also what gives you something to look at at the end.

Instead of a multiple-choice test that proves somebody was present.

  4. 04

    Reported while it runs

Attendance, completion and assessment results per learner, from the first month.

Instead of a completion rate at the end, when it is too late to do anything about it.

The process

How it goes

  1. Step 01

    Tell us the gap

What your teams cannot do yet, how many people, and what you are reporting on.

  2. Step 02

    We design the programme

Which qualification or bootcamp fits, over what period, and what it costs.

  3. Step 03

    We run it

Live classes, mentors, assessments, and a report you get while it is still running.

  4. Step 04

    You get the record

Completion and results per learner, plus the certification each one earned.

Who we do it for

The companies already doing it.

Corporate clients we have run training for, from a listed carmaker to a payments startup. Twenty of them, and the list is the same one our own corporate page carries.

What we do

Two ways companies buy it

Pick the one that fits and it carries into the form. If it turns out to be the other, we will say so.

  • Skills development

    Selected

Accredited training that counts towards the skills development element of your B-BBEE scorecard.

You have a scorecard to report on and a budget that has to be spent on something that counts.

    • Delivered against the same QCTO qualifications we teach to the public
    • Registered on the NQF, so each learner leaves with something verifiable
    • Attendance and completion recorded per learner for your reporting
    • Skills programmes for unemployed learners as well as your own staff
  • Corporate training

Our programmes repackaged around what your teams actually need to be able to do.

You have people who need a specific capability by a specific date.

    • Scoped from the work, not from a catalogue page
    • A timetable that survives contact with their workload
    • Mentors and an AI tutor between live sessions
    • Assessed on projects from your own domain where that helps
Which of the two are you after?

One working day, and a person rather than a sequence.

Both draw on the same catalogue: 9 Occupational Certificates registered on the National Qualifications Framework and 6 career bootcamps. Zaio Technology (Pty) Ltd, trading as Zaio Institute of Technology, is a QCTO-accredited Skills Development Provider. Each qualification carries its own accreditation number, on its own page, which is what makes the skills development spend countable and checkable.

Would rather just talk?

One call is usually enough to work out whether this is a qualification, a bootcamp or neither. We will say so if it is neither.

Questions
